• Logo printed on an insert in the badge holder and lanyard (necklace/neckcord to wear the badge around your neck)
• Sponsor will be responsible for the cost of the badge holder and lanyard

Notepad Sponsorship - $2,500

• Notepad will be distributed in the attendee bag
• Sponsor will be responsible for the cost of the notepads

Pre-Affiliate Summit 2004 Party Sponsorship - $2,000

• Sponsor will be responsible for the cost and coordination of party

Affiliate Summit 2005 Networking Social - $7,500

• Cocktail reception sponsor for June 14 (5:30-6:30 PM)

Pen Sponsorship - $2,500

• Pens will be distributed in the attendee bag
• Sponsor will be responsible for the cost of the pens

Promotional Attendee Bag Distribution - $1,000
